WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please provide the exact billing address and telephone number on file with your credit card company. Incorrect information may delay your order. Your credit card will be billed when your order ships.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Most orders received before 5:00 PM on a business day will ship the same day if the product is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are unhappy with one of our products, please contact us. We will accept return of products that are defective in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days from the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The buyer must let us know by Email or in writing what issue or issues led to the product being found to be defective, to allow us to evaluate the product and its ability to meet quality control standards.

WHAT IF I HAVE A NEGATIVE REACTION TO YOUR PRODUCTS?

Both the Ambersoy™ Soap Gel and GlycoShea™ Hand and Body Cream are free from additives, preservatives, and fragrances which are found in most over-the-counter skin cleansers and moisturizers. We use benzyl alcohol to discourage the growth of bacteria and yeast—a type of preservative unlikely to cause allergic reactions. GlycoShea ™ Hand and Body Cream also has a preservative called phenoxyethanol with sorbic acid to add to its safety.

If you develop itchy or flaky skin after using our products, immediately discontinue their use and consult your doctor.

WHAT ARE YOUR SAFETY AND QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES?

Big River Silk Skin Care™ Inc. guarantees that all its skin care products are inspected for color, viscosity, and pH before their release from the manufacturing facility. Our company emphasizes that our products are US-made. In addition, CEO and founder George Woodbury Jr. M.D. personally handles our quality control processes to ensure that all our skin care products are of the highest quality before hitting the market.
