What's an Alpha-Hydroxy Acid? These are mostly fruit-derived compounds that help the skin to exfoliate, or to release dead cells from the surface, so that new cells can grow in from below. A prime example is Glycolic Acid, the active anti-wrinkle ingredient in Big River Silk Skincare's GlycoShea Creams.
The design of Big River Silk Skincare's ideas arose from years of taking care of Tennessee patients' skincare needs, by Dermatologists within the Woodbury family, including myself, George Woodbury Jr. M.D.. The GlycoShea™ Creams are effective as anti-wrinkle creams because of their Glycolic Acid, blended with an organic and natural moisturizer called Shea Butter, with some of the purest water in the United States, from the Memphis Aquifer. And they’re notable because they have no fragrance, no propylene glycol nor emulsifying chemicals like sulfates, no dyes, and no problematic preservatives like formaldehyde.

AmberSoy Soap Gel is a soybean oil-derived cleanser that can be used as a face mask for like 3-5 minutes before washing the face or neck area, to get a really deep clean, and it is free of propylene glycol, of dyes, of formaldehyde, and of sulfates.
AmberSoy Soap Gel (Lemon/Mint/No Fragrance Added) runs $12.95 for 1 oz, $18.95 for 2 oz, and $59.95 for 8 oz. It makes a convenient cleanser to use after shaving, and it gives the best results if left on the face for 2-5 minutes prior to washing it off, like a face mask.
